How Does It Work?
We pay to promote your business’s services with online marketing and advertising. Once someone calls our phone number, it will be routed to you directly and you should hear a whisper message so you know that the call is from us. Then you speak to the customer normally as if it were any other call coming into your business. After that, we listen to all the call recordings to make sure we only charge for qualified ones. We will then bill you weekly for the ones that we sent you. Simple as that.
What Defines a Qualified Call?
We only charge for qualified leads so that you will have a better chance of closing the deal on them. In order for a call to be considered qualified it will generally have to meet these 4 criteria:
- Be a new caller
- Be in your service area
- Asking about a service you provide
- Be the decision maker
How Much Do Plumbing Leads Cost?
Since our plumbing pay per call/lead service is exclusive to you we charge a little bit more than other lead providers that share leads with multiple contractors. It will vary based on certain factors like the area, but we generally charge anywhere from $60-$80 per lead.
Why Do We Charge This Much?
In many cases we need to pay for ad spend in order to generate leads for your business. Sometimes in Google AdWords this can be as high as $30 per click for some plumbing related keywords. That is not a call, and definitely not a lead. Needless to say we need to set the price point high enough to make sure we are not loosing money.
How Does Billing Work?
You will have a call tracking login so you will be able to see all of the leads we send you. On a weekly basis we will run your credit card for all of the leads we sent you. If you feel that a lead did not meat our qualifications for whatever reason, you can dispute the lead in the call tracking dashboard or by contacting a representative. We will then take another look at the call to confirm that it met all of our required criteria. If it ends up not meeting this criteria, we will not bill you for the lead.
