My name is Kerry Martin. I build sound strategic foundations to increase mind and market share through what I call caring relevance. I then execute thoughtful, cost-effective cause- and content-marketing tactics to elevate brands above the often mindless and inauthentic chatter. I call my way the apical way.

I believe a fundmental growth stage in building a proud, resonating and beautiful business is to allow it to organically grow with heart-centered apical dominance. In plant physiology, apical dominance is the phenomenon whereby the main central stem of the plant is dominant over and grows more strongly than other side stems. The apically dominent stem is also the one that grows vibrantly towards the sunlight.

In my personal philosophy, apical dominance is the phenomenon whereby the heart-centered part of yourself is dominant over – or plays a dominant role – in crafting your uniquely meaningful voice thereby empowering you to cultivate life long relationships with those that matter; and, allowing you to grow towards your light.

I know that you can grow a healthy and vibrant business when you cultivate with a cause. You can do better by doing good. Indeed, sustainable business growth is similar to the healthy growth I used to see whilst tending to my organic grapevines. To grow towards the light and to reach unparalleled quality, they must be planted in the ideal terroir and nurtured with caring experienced hands.

I’ve been greening my thumb for years, rooting startups with intelligent sound foundations and strategically nurturing healthy and sustainable growth by smartly executing and by giving back. Not only do I strategically crank up the volume — authenticity, caring relevance and revenue — but I also deliver big-business results on small-business budgets (after all, I’m a small business owner too). I do this by being intensely strategic, highly structured, and insanely organized. I really care about my clients and really care about giving back. But, enough about me!
